About Us

The mission of the Illinois Falls Prevention Coalition is to reduce falls and related injuries among older adults and people aging with disabilities in Illinois by serving as a state platform for awareness, education, advocacy, and dissemination of evidence-based strategies. 

Our Vision

Older adults and people aging with disabilities in Illinois will have fewer falls and fall-related injuries, maximizing their independence and quality of life.
