  • The CDC’s STEADI (Stopping Elderly Accidents, Deaths & Injuries) helps healthcare providers prevent falls in older adults through screening, assessment and intervention.

  • The NCOA’s Falls Prevention Awareness Week (FPAW) Toolkit helps groups raise awareness and prevent falls for older adults.

  • The NCOA provides a guide to help organizations plan a Falls Prevention Day of Action, offering tips on setting goals, engaging partners, and promoting events to raise awareness and reduce fall risks among older adults.
